Lemon and warm water, simple and beneficial!
I can’t believe it took me so long to actually start doing this as a “first thing in the morning” ritual.
I noticed, since practicing this simple ritual, that I rarely feel the need to drink coffee or even tea in the morning, my digestion seems to have improved and I generally feel better. Also I feel less susceptible to common colds and this is just a few months in!
Simply squeeze half a lemon, organic if possible, in a glass or mug of warm spring / filtered water and drink 🙂
